Wouldn’t it be great to have more Energy, wouldn’t it be great to feel less stressed and to remain calm in all situations? Wouldn’t it be great to have more energy at the end of the day?
What most people don’t realise is that stress is an energy that we carry within us. When we meditate we can break down and release this stress energy allowing more positive energy to flow through us creating a sense of peace and calm.
This evening is open to anyone who is interested in meditation and how it can help reduce stress, create calm in our lives and increase the energy that we have. During the evening we will:-
- Perform simple yet powerful exercises that prepare the body for Meditation.
- Experience twin hearts Meditation and the downpour of tremendous energy.
- Perform highly effective energy generation exercises that harness and Utilise the energy you have just received.
