Pilates Wellness

This class teaches Mind-Body exercise technique, encourages proper breathing and relaxation, and allows you to develop your flexibility,core stability, strength, and posture.
Do you suffer with backache, stiff joints, or general aches and pains?
Do you want to stretch and tone your whole body, and improve posture?
Do you want to join a low impact exercise class that will not aggravate joints?

Dates and Times:
6th September- 20th July 2018
Beginners class: Fri 11:15 am -12:15 pm
Intermediate class: Weds and Fri 10-11am
Improvers class: Thurs 9:30-10:30 am 
There are no classes on:
 20th December 2017 to 7th January 2018
 30th March 2018 to 15th April 2018
