This Circuit Training class will involve both cardiovascular and resistance based exercises, which will be set up in the form of various stations, positioned in a circular pattern in the room.
The aim of the classes are to help improve peoples’ overall fitness levels and to increase lean muscle mass whilst reducing body fat.
Circuit Training is an exciting and fun way to keep fit- providing a challenging full body workout!
These classes are available to anyone over the age of 18 and are suitable for people of all fitness levels and abilities.
