Grace & Poise Academy - Ballet to Poetry Classes

Grace & Poise Academy is the world's first Muslim ballet school. Their unique ballet to poetry syllabus (no music) and curriculum is specifically designed to support holistic development (physically, mentally emotionally and socially). The academy makes ballet accessible to diverse communities specifically but not exclusively to the Muslim community by offering female only spaces and respecting other Islamic values. As a not for profit community interest company Grace and Poise operates across London, Luton & Birmingham. Grace & Poise aims to contribute to lifelong wellbeing whilst also training students to professional standards to pass on their work to benefit generations to come.

- Classes welcome boys and girls from 2-6yrs and girls only from 6yrs +

- Classes use poetry (no music)
