"My yoga journey began over 10 years ago with very limited knowledge of the practice.
As a practising Chiropractor, I already understood the physical benefits of exercise, but I wanted to explore how yoga could deepen my personal wellbeing and complement my profession.
In my research, I had the pleasure of being introduced to Dr Mehulbhai Shah and Mitiben Shah: the renowned, knowledgeable, and truly inspirational yoga instructors.
