Classes include a mix of :
Yoga flows help you release stress, improve your flexibility, and build strength in your mind & body. Pranayama & Meditation to leave you feeling grounded, peaceful & centred within. Yoga philosophy teachings to help you connect with yourself at a deeper level and conquer life’s challenges with a positive mindset.
Whether you are new to yoga or you’ve been practicing for many years, my classes will inspire you, uplift you and take you on powerful journal a of personal & spiritual growth. With regular practice you can expect to experience positive shifts in your body, your energy levels & how you show up for yourself – as well as in your mental health, your self-confidence & how empowered you feel in your relationships and at work.
I have students from all walks of life attending my classes, and every few months I organise group dinners so that everyone can spend quality time together outside of class. I also run events and retreats both in the UK and abroad which many of my students love attending.
I have been teaching yoga for over 11 years now, and I’m honoured to share that I have been nominated for multiple awards (including Favourite Yoga Teacher & Retreat Leader at the 2024 Om Yoga Awards), been featured in Om Yoga Magazine and Women’s Fitness, & interviewed on Sky TV.
