Developed and delivered by a qualified teacher with a Psychology degree, Young Mindfulness has been making mindfulness fun and accessible for children, exposing them to the benefits of mindfulness.
We believe in sparking the joy in young minds and equipping them with strategies to regulate their emotions and stress as well as enhancing their wellbeing.
Weekly mindfulness classes for 5-11 year olds – Art and craft based mindfulness classes combined with breathing and meditation to nurture happiness, contentment, confidence and inner peace.
Young Mindfulness sessions are all themed to captivate the interest of your child, from rainbows, snow and rain to camping and the circus.
