Join us for an exciting event showcasing the work of disabled artist and integrated performing arts groups from Harrow and beyond!

Expect a fantastic mix of inspiring drama, dance, music and comedy performances. There will be stirring Individual performances from Harrow based artists Wendy Young, a performance poet and Rupal Trivedi, showcasing Indian dance. Performance companies from Harrow and other surrounding areas will also be attending and performing, including Dramatize, I Love Thunder, Harrow Shed, Danceability, and Herts Inclusive Theatre!

Performers are travelling far and wide to take part in the 12th Disability Arts Festival, such as the inclusive theatre group Act up! Newham, who work in producing high quality productions challenging people’s perceptions of disability; their work reflects the lived experiences, stories and views of their members. We are also welcoming the Wheelchair Dance Sport Association UK who are the National Governing Body for wheelchair dance sport and wheelchair dancing within the UK!

A new additional feature of this year’s festival is a visual art element! This will involve an award winning photography exhibition from Dramatize, and amazing pieces from artist Laurence Morgan who predominantly works with charcoal. This exhibition can be viewed for FREE between 4th Dec – 15th Dec.

This year’s festival is proudly supported by Harrow Association of Disabled people and all performances will be signed by professional signer Craig Bartlett.

The event ends with a fabulous disco, with music by DJ Donald Bunting from Changes Nightclub, the perfect way for performers and audience alike to celebrate their amazing achievements.
