Harrow Arts Centre are excited to promote this charity musical event, 'Udaan: From Shadows to Sky', on behalf of ArchMan Music Ltd, who have hired our venue for this special occasion.
Udaan (Flight): From Shadows to Sky is a deeply moving narrative musical that brings to life the journeys of three women. Through the universal language of music, the production explores the hidden realities of domestic abuse, and the courage required to navigate love, loss, and liberation.
Set against a nostalgic backdrop of Hindi film music, the stories travel from initial hope and dreams through heartbreak and silence, ultimately arriving at resilience and self-discovery. It is a testament to how, with the right support, survivors can reclaim their voices and their futures.
A Star-Studded Collaboration
This latest venture by ArchMan Music – celebrated for their unique chartable musicals – is their biggest and boldest event yet.
Alongside Drs Archana Dixit and Manish Bhardwaj, (distinguished NHS consultants and accomplished vocalists), and the ever-dynamic Apoorv Shah, we are thrilled to introduce a powerhouse collaboration. For the first time, ArchMan Music welcomes the legendary local duo:
- Rekha: Widely regarded as one of the UK’s finest female Bollywood voice, bringing unmatched depth and soul to the stage
- Parry: A versatile and charismatic performer, known for his rich musicality and commanding stage presence.
A Multi-Sensory Experience
The vocal artistry of this celebrated line-up is brought to life by the electrifying live sounds of The 515 Crew. To further elevate the narrative, selected chapters of the journey are enriched by captivating dance performances, creating a powerful fusion of music, movement, and emotion.
An Indian vegetarian meal is included in the ticket price, served from 5:00PM – 6:00PM.
