What are the Box Office opening hours?
The Box Office is open from Monday to Friday 10am-5pm, and also 1 hour prior to the start of each performance. Please allow plenty of time if you are collecting your tickets from the Box Office before your booked performance.
How can I book tickets?
You can book tickets 24 hours a day through our website or by calling our Box Office on 020 3773 7161.
Payment can be made:
- in person using cash
- in person using a debit or credit card
- on the internet or telephone using a debit or credit card
- We accept Mastercard, Visa and Maestro
Do you charge a booking fee on tickets?
A charge of £1 per transaction applies to all bookings made via the telephone or on the internet.
Can you post my tickets to me?
We don’t post tickets out but you do have the option to print your tickets at home or to collect them from the Box Office free of charge.
I can’t come to the performance, will you refund or exchange my tickets?
All sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except when an event is cancelled or in exceptional circumstances. This is at the discretion of the Operations Manager or Arts Centre Manager and may need further evidence, e.g. a hospital letter.
Can I reserve tickets for a performance?
Unfortunately we cannot reserve tickets for any performance.
What time does the show finish?
The show is approximately 2hrs including a short interval. Due to the interactive nature of the performance, this time may run slightly shorter or longer.
Who can buy concession tickets?
Concession price tickets are offered to over 60s, under 16s, students, disabled patrons and those in receipt of benefits. Proof of eligibility may be required before you can be admitted into the auditorium. Customers can only use one discount per show, e.g. group discounts.
Do you offer family/group ticket?
Yes! A family/group ticket consists of 4 tickets, 2 adults and 2 children. Place 2x standard tickets and 2x under 16 tickets in your basket and the Group Ticket discount will automatically apply.
From what age does my child need a ticket?
Children under 18 months will be admitted free of charge to age appropriate shows, but they must sit on the lap of their respective parent/guardian. Any child using a seat will have to pay the normal child ticket price.
From what age is the pantomime appropriate for?
The pantomime is suitable for all ages, young or old.
Do you have a baby changing facilities?
We have two baby change facilities available in the Elliott Hall.
Do you cater for Access requirements?
We want to make your visit as easy and straightforward as possible, and aim to offer the best facilities to make your trip a success. Please read our Access section for more information about our facilities. We are also holding a special relaxed performance on Tuesday 17th December. Will there be food and drink available?
Our Backstage Bar will be open for all pantomime performances and will have a wide selection of alcoholic and soft drinks, snacks and light bites available. Snacks, soft drinks, ice cream and pantomime merchandise will also be available in the auditorium during the interval.
Do you have nearby parking?
Harrow Arts Centre has free parking to the rear of the building as well as a number of disabled spaces. On sold out performances the car park may become full and there is free, overflow parking available at the adjacent Morrisons. Find out how to get to Harrow Arts Centre.
