For just a fraction of the cost of your tickets, you will be able to recoup 100% of the paid ticket price (including booking fees) if you are unable to make it to your event.
Secure My Booking ticket protection costs just £1.75 per ticket, so add this to your order at checkout and feel safe knowing you can claim a refund. Just add to the basket when you check out! (Please note this cannot be purchased retrospectively).

- Illness from COVID, government-mandated self-isolation, local lockdowns

Need to apply for a refund?
HAC operates a strict no-refund policy. However, if you have purchased Secure My Booking cover and would like to apply for a refund, please visit here. Refund applications should be submitted online within sixty (60) days of the incident. You may be asked to provide reasonable evidence when making a refund application.
