We are committed to making sure everyone can enjoy our facilities, and Harrow Arts Centre has excellent access for all users.

Accessibility at HAC

  • We offer disabled concessions and free registered carer/companion tickets for a wide variety of live events. These, along with wheelchair accessible tickets, can be booked directly through the Box Office.
  • There are ramps and lifts to all areas with adapted WCs throughout, disabled parking bays close to the building, and a lowered counter at the Box Office.
  • To enhance your comfort and comply with fire safety, we recommend that wheelchair-users are accompanied by a friend or companion.
  • An induction loop is available in the Elliott Hall theatre.
  • Guide dogs are welcome.

We are delighted to announce that from 1st May 2026, we will be working with the Nimbus Disability Access Scheme to enhance our inclusive offering.

Our accessible facilities will remain largely unchanged. However, to continue purchasing complimentary carer/companion tickets, please sign up with Nimbus or link your existing membership to our venues in advance.
