Access Nimbus Access Scheme
We are delighted to announce that we are now working with Nimbus Disability and their Access Card Scheme to enhance our inclusive offering.
(Please note that these operational changes will come into affect from 1st May 2026, to give our customers time to register with Nimbus. If you require complimentary carer tickets for your bookings, please ensure to request your pass or card in advance!)

Nimbus Disability is a social enterprise and organisation run by and for disabled people. It is recognised as a lead authority for accessible ticketing in the UK.
The Nimbus Access Scheme supports customers who need reasonable adjustments to make their visit more comfortable. This may include concessionary or essential companion tickets, communication support, priority entry or step free seating.
You can apply for a FREE Digital Access Pass specifically for use with Harrow Arts Centre and Headstone Manor & Museum's ticketed events, or upgrade to a Full Access Card that can be used across all participating venues in the UK.
Your Access Pass or Card translates your needs into symbols that highlight the barriers you face and the reasonable adjustments you need. This then informs us quickly and discreetly about what support to provide. It also allows us to ensure our accessible services are not misused.
There are 9 symbols:
- Difficulty standing
- Accessing audible information
- Accessing visual information
- Long distances
- Level Access
- Guide dogs
- Essential companion(s)
- Difficulty with crowds
- Urgent access to toilets
For full details on our venue facilities in relation to your needs, please visit our page on the Nimbus Venue Directory.
If you are new to the Nimbus Access Scheme, you can either apply for a FREE Digital Access Pass for Harrow Arts Centre and Headstone Manor & Museum, or you can choose to upgrade to a Full Access Card for £15:
If you need help with your application, Nimbus can assist you over the phone or email. You can contact them here.
