I've tested positive and/or need to self isolate - can i get a refund for my ticket(s)?

Yes, If by order of the Government there is a Borough wide or UK lockdown, or we are placed into a tier system which does not permit this event to go ahead, we will offer a full refund to all customers. If you or members of your party can no longer attend your event due to either testing positive for Covid-19 or being instructed to self isolate we will offer you a full refund on the affected tickets (you will be required to provide proof of a positive test or self isolation instructions). If you have any questions about our Covid cancellation policy, you can email us at box.office@harrowarts.com. Please note: Our £1 booking fee for booking online or over the phone is non-refundable.

What Covid-19 measures do you have in place at the venue?

Harrow Arts Centre is a certified Covid secure venue. There are several measures in place on site to ensure that the possibility of transmission of Covid-19 is reduced as much as possible. These include:

  • Hand sanitiser stations at all entrance and exits.
  • We are regularly cleaning and disinfectant fogging all spaces and the Elliott Hall in between every performance.
  • Although not required, we kindly ask all audience members to take a lateral flow test before attending.
  • Full refunds available for ticket holders who test positive or are instructed to self isolate by NHS Track and Trace.

I’d like to book a room for an activity or class, when can I book?

All classes, workshops and activities can take place at Harrow Arts Centre as normal. To book a space, please email box.office@harrowarts.com with any enquiries. A booking form (which can be downloaded here) will also need to be completed.

I’d like to book the Elliott Hall for a performance, when can I book and when can my performance take place?

Elliott Hall performances are taking place as normal. We are taking bookings currently, please email box.office@harrowarts.com with a booking form (which can be downloaded here)

I don’t feel comfortable returning to the venue just yet, can I still get involved?

Absolutely! We recognise that some people won’t feel comfortable returning to the venue for some while, which is why will continue to programme digital events you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home. Moving forward, we will still try our best to offer a ‘digital engagement’ option for some events too.

Am I able to hold Zoom classes from your rooms?

Harrow Arts Centre has Harrow Council public Wifi which is sufficient to run small zoom classes. If you
have any concerns about internet speeds, please email box.office@harrowarts.com and the team will be able to assist you.

Do I need to wear a face covering when visiting?

No. It is no longer mandatory that people wear face coverings in our venue but you are of course welcome to wear one if you prefer.

Are toilet and baby changing facilities available?

Toilets and baby changing facilities are available throughout our buildings. These are thoroughly cleaned throughout the day.
