Doodle Art is based on a universal reality that we all have an artist within us. In fact, drawing was one of the earliest modes of communication for human beings. Yet, in the process of growing up, most of us lose touch with the artist within us. Doodle art re-awakens that artist and helps us explore aspects of ourselves through simple and representational icons.
Doodle art helps to quiet the mind and connects us with our inner wisdom. The art making process takes one out of the realm of analytical thinking and into the realm of silence, reverie, and heightened awareness.
This workshop will lead children through the art of doodling (simple drawings that can have concrete representational meaning or may just be composed of random and abstract lines).
It will lead to:
- improved focus and concentration
- exploration of a new art form
£1 booking transaction fee applies for online and over the phone transactions
This event will be held via Zoom. Book your ticket here and we will be in touch 24hrs before the workshop with the details. Zoom is quick and easy to use and doesn't require you to sign up, simply join in browser.
