People of every Faith or no Faith are invited to Harrow’s Holocaust Memorial Day Event to hear first-hand accounts of the Holocaust, genocide and other forms of identity based hostility. With musical performances and special guest speakers including child survivor of the Holocaust, Joan Salter MBE.
“The most poignant reminder of all from the past is a photograph I found at the Portuguese Red Cross archive. It is of a group of 14 children… At the front is a skinny little girl of three-and-a-half. This is Fanny Zimetbaum – the child I was once” - Joan Salter MBE, Holocaust Survivor
