An evening of Musical tribute to Bharat Ratna, Lata Mangeshkar and Padma Vibhushan Asha Bhosle by playback vocalist Nihira Joshi backed by dynamic band D26 Music.
Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle have given us a tremendous gift of their music. They have inspired generations with their voices. In this concert, Nihira alongside Nirnay will pay tribute and respect to them by performing their evergreen songs and music. Do join in this experience!
Nihira Joshi is a Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2005 finalist.
Nihira has lent her voice in many movies, including Kill Dil, Bunty aur Bublly, Salame Ishq, Marigold, Kabhi Alvida Na kehena and background vocal on Alag and 88 Antop Hill.
She is famously known for her song "Sajde" in movie Kill Dil with Arijit Singh. On TV, she sang the Kasam Se title song and background vocals for various serials on Zee TV.
In 2018, Joshi connected with music composer Pavan Vasdev (Senik) to collaborate on a cross-cultural project along with playback singers Kartik Raman and Shankar Mahadevan.
Since the last few years Nihira has been active as an independent artist as well, composing and singing originals. Her single 'Nirmohiya ' was nominated for the American
Independent Music Awards in the Adult Contemporary Song category judges'choice in 2020. Her single Ishq Manayein Kya was the first ever Hindi salsa to be played on Radio
in Latin American countries. She has released her first EP Trishna, based on the love and longing of Radha for Lord Krishna.
Nirnay Baghel is well known for his performance and singing for Umarao Jaan musical.
