Harrow Arts Centre is a community driven space which seeks to enhance the lives of all through the transformative power of arts and culture. Following recent GLA funding to convert our old, dilapidated Boiler House into a dynamic and creative space, HAC are launching a brand-new fringe festival - 'Boiler House Festival'. Across August and September, we will be programming 3 innovative and original performances from up-and-coming talent from Harrow and beyond.
