Classical Hatha Yoga is designed to rejuvenate body, mind and emotions.
Each session starts with centering on breath awareness, then warming up with joint movements and muscles .
Following this we have Asana (postures) according to the energy system for that session . Session content changes weekly. Asana involves five ways of spinal movements, balancing, strengthening and improving range of movement.
Next we have cooldown procedure following by relaxation with breath.
