Join Ruth for an evening of deep relaxation as you are ‘bathed’ from head to toe in the healing frequencies of gong, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drums, tuning forks, chimes, solfeggio tones and many more wonderful sounds.
The one hour session begins with a gentle practice to focus your mind on what you would like to receive from the sounds. You will then get into a comfortable position on your mat, usually lying down with your eyes closed, and then let the ambient sounds guide you to a deeply relaxed state. Through resonance, the vibrations have the power to create energetic shifts which harmonise and restore the body’s natural, healthy state of being.
Sound has proven to have healing effects on the mind as well as the body. Benefits include stimulation of the immune system, improved sleep, increased concentration, enhanced creativity, released tension, reduced stress and anxiety, lowered blood pressure levels and regulated emotions which leads to improved mood. As the journey comes to a close, you will be gently guided to the present where you will return home feeling harmonised and ready for a good night’s sleep.
Please note mats, cushions and blankets are NOT provided. Please bring your own. As you will be laying still for sometime, I recommend wearing comfy clothing.
