Yoga Dynamix have been teaching yoga to children and teens (5 – 18 years) at Harrow Arts Centre since 2008!! They currently facilitate 5 classes on Saturday mornings tailored to your child’s age and ability.

Parents of children attending the classes are also more than welcome to attend a special adult class combining yoga with mindfulness practices

Our children’s classes offer a unique blend of traditional yoga practices, mindfulness, physical activity, social skills games, storytelling, music and creative arts to educate the 'whole' child.

Our classes are non-competitive and non-judgemental. We provide a safe and nurturing environment where the students learn to respect themselves

Apart from the physical benefits of yoga, the classes help to cultivate self-awareness, self-esteem, focus, confidence, co-ordination and rhythm, creativity, flexibility, strength and emotional balance
