Spring 2023: Film and Television Course


What's on Offer:

HAC’s Young Creatives programme aims to develop the skills and industry knowledge of young adults aged 19-26. With expert speakers, facilitators and professionals from the industry, the spring course will focus on ‘Film and Television’.

Develop skills in:

- Acting for Screen
- Directing for Screen
- Screenwriting
- Filming
- Editing
- Marketing
- Networking

The spring course will finish with an intensive week where participants will create their very own short film which will be later premiered In the Elliott Hall. What’s more, for that week we will PAY YOU for you for the rehearsal and performance time, so you don’t have to lose out on your regular stream of income.

If you are interested in pursuing a career in the creative industries, this course is the perfect opportunity to get a taste of life in the limelight, behind the camera and beyond.


Key Dates:

HAC Young Creatives 'Film and Television' Course 2023

Weeks 1 - 11:
1 session a week for 11-weeks starting 12th January 2023. Every Thursday, 6:30pm - 8pm @ Harrow Arts Centre.

Week 12: (Paid*)
Production Week:
Monday 27th March - Friday 31st March, 10am-4pm
Film Screening:
TBC

* All participants will be paid at least the London Living Wage for the production week.
