Chair Pilates sessions are based around the chair with standing options for those able to stand. It is a gentle and slow form of movement focusing on strengthening, stability and movement. The sessions are great for bone health, rehabilitation and mobility. The focus on stability and alignment encourages better and safer movement with the aim to maintain and improve strength and mobility. We use small pieces of equipment to add resistance and fun. For your first session you just need to bring a mat and a small hand towel and you are set. I also have sanitised mats and equipment if you do not have a mat. The class is small so all exercises are adaptable to your needs. Please contact me for further details.
