Each exercise you do in Pilates works the whole body. Pilates can strengthen and can help with your alignment and posture. It can be used as a stand alone exercise or work alongside other exercise classes you enjoy doing. Pilates can be taken for fun, rehabilitation, to achieve goals, to meet people but most of all for you to feel the enormous benefits that Pilates can give you. It is slow and controlled but when it is taught and done well can have great results. The classes are kept small so I can plan exercises around the people in my classes. I keep up to date with all the latest research and continue to train with JPilates so I can give you the best experience of Pilates.
