Jo Hatherley is a Body Control Pilates teacher and teaches in their London studio. She mentors student teachers through the qualification process and beyond. She is qualified to work with special populations and holds the Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification. She is also a Level 4 Exercise Specialist in Chronic Respiratory Disease, a Buteyko Breathing Method instructor and Functional Breath Coach. Classes are small to maintain individual attention, all levels and health conditions can be catered for. We are inclusive and friendly, everyone is welcome. Class timetable:
Monday = 8.15-9.15pm (Belmont room)
Wednesday = 9.30-10.30am (Roxeth Dance Studio), 7-7.55pm and 8.05-9pm (Hatch End Suite 1)
Sunday = 5-5.55pm and 6.05-7pm (Dance Studio)
