Young Artists Competition: Haunted Harrow

Calling all artists aged 4-16!

In celebration of Halloween, we are searching for budding artists to submit a spooky themed drawing, painting, photograph or sculpture as part of our Young Artist Competition: Haunted Harrow! Applications will be split into three categories covering ages 4-6, 7-11 and 12-16, and a winner of each group will be chosen based on the following criteria:

· Interpretation of the ‘Haunted Harrow’ theme

· Innovative use of colour

· Vibrancy and creativity

All entries will be displayed in the Harrow Arts Centre gallery from 6th - 20th October 2026.

Winning entries will each receive two free tickets (1x adult and 1x child) to take part in the Spooky Puppet Theatre Workshop at Harrow Arts Centre on Friday 30th of October!

To Enter:

1. Send your application to HAC’s Participation Programmer, Kiki Turner-Brightman, by post addressed to ‘Kiki Turner-Brightman, Harrow Arts Centre, 171 Uxbridge Road, Hatch End, HA5 4EA’, or drop them off at the Box Office.

2. For sculptures or submissions larger than A4 please bring these in person to the box office to prevent any accidental damage.

Please include the name and age of the young artist with your application, as well as a contact email address or phone number for a parent/guardian.

Deadline: Friday 2nd October 2026 (Winning applicants will be contacted during the second week of October.)
