|Tai Chi is a holistic Chinese exercise system, which began in ancient times as a martial art, and is now widely practised as a sequence of slow, flowing movements following the breath. The health benefits of Tai Chi are well documented, mainly a better sense of balance, posture, breathing, bodily awareness and mental concentration. Also most people find they feel better and are more relaxed after a class. It is suitable for all levels and you will be given lots of support as a beginner.|
