We practice the Cheng Man Ching Short Form, (37 steps) which is the most popular form practised nowadays for health. The class is made up of experienced and beginner students, and starts off with simple posture and breathing exercises, followed by Qi Gong and the Taichi form. Students progress at their own pace. The benefits of Tai Chi and Qi Gong are well documented; better posture, breathing, balance, general wellbeing and calm. It is also very enjoyable, and you will get lots of support.
