
Yoga & Sound Healing Workshop

Join me for a gentle evening of movement, breath, relaxation and sound.
This session is designed to help you slow down for a couple of hours and step away from the constant business of everyday life. We’ll begin with some soft, grounding yoga — nothing intense or complicated, just simple movement to help release tension from the body and calm the nervous system.
From there, we’ll ease into guided relaxation and sound healing using instruments such as crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls and other calming sounds designed to help you fully rest. Many people describe sound as deeply soothing — like giving your mind and body space to breathe again.
This first evening is donation-based, with all money raised going to Karma Animal Trust in Rishikesh, India, helping care for street animals. I visited the charity a couple of years ago whilst in Rishikesh and saw first-hand the love and care they give to the animals there. It’s a cause very close to my heart.
Future Yoga & Sound evenings will be regular paid sessions, but for this first one, I wanted it to be about coming together, slowing down, and giving back at the same time.
