Each class includes :
* Vinyasa yoga flows to help you improve your strength, flexibility, balance, posture and stamina
* Meditations to help you calm your mind and reconnect with your soul’s inner peace, wisdom and purpose
* Yoga philosophy teachings to help you start your week with courage, confidence and self-belief
Classes are mixed ability - whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, I would love for you to come and try a class.
