My Monday evening yoga class is a beautiful way to start your week feeling calm, peaceful and grounded in your mind and body. During the class you will have a go at a variety of yoga flows that will help you improve your core strength, flexibility, balance and posture.
At the end of the class I’ll guide you through a period of meditation and relaxation to help you release any stress and anxiety you’ve been carrying inside you, and get the best night’s sleep.
I’ll also share some inspirational yoga philosophy teachings and spiritual wisdom with you to help you navigate life’s challenges with inner peace, courage and strength.
Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for a while or are trying it for the first time, you will leave feeling relaxed, happy and ready to conquer your week with a positive mindset!
